PUBLIC ATTENDANCE) l Im SECY-97-008 - Louisiana Enero'r Services -- Tntervenors Motion for Partial Reconsideration of CLI-96-8 The Commission approved an order denying the Motion for Partial Reconsideration submitted by Citizens Against Nuclear Trash (CANT). In CLI-96-8, the Commission took review of only one issue raised in CANT's petition for review: whether the Licensing Board inappropriately directed the NRC staff to determine the role of LES's on-site fire brigade and then assess whether the brigade's size and training were adequate for its intended function. ,
