currently in effect. Your memo of October 11, 1994 to T. T. Martin, Regional Administrator, requested that such reviews be accomplished by the Region i within 30 days. However, in light of the workload associated with the New I
- York State program reviews, we will be unable to complete our review of the New Hampshire rules on schedule. l We understand from discussions between Craig Gordon and Dick Blanton, of your office, that review of revised regulations can be handled by a contractor. i Please let me know if this is acceptable. i
