REVIEW 0F NEW HAMPSHIRE RULES FOR THE CONTROL OF RADIATION We have received the attached set of rev' sed "New Hampshire Rules for the i
Control of Radiation", dated February 1995, for NRC review.
These rules are currently in effect.
Your memo of October 11, 1994 to T. T. Martin, Regional Administrator, requested that such reviews be accomplished by the Region i
within 30 days. However, in light of the workload associated with the New York State program reviews, we will be unable to complete our review of the New Hampshire rules on schedule.
We understand from discussions between Craig Gordon and Dick Blanton, of your office, that review of revised regulations can be handled by a contractor.
