MODIFICATION NO. 2 TO TASK ORDER NO. 60 ENTITLED " HUMAN FACTORS INFORMATION SYSTEM (HFIS) FOR WINDOWS DETAILED REQUIREMENTS ,
ANALYSIS AND SYSTEM DESIGN" UNDER CONTRACT NO NRC-03-93-036 ;
The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance of the subject. task order from January 15. 1997 through May 1,1997 at no additional ,
cost to the Government. The extension is necessitated to allow adequate time for NRC's'0ffice of Information and Resources Management (IRM) to complete their required review of the design of a fully integrated HFIS for HHFB by comparing the newly designed HHFB application with other IRM client / server -
applications to ensure its ability to exchange data with other client / server systems.
In accordance with Section G.5(c) of the subject contract entitled " Task Order i Award.." this letter definitizes Modification No. 2 to the subject task order.
The second paragraph, first sentence of the definitization letter of the basic task ' order is revised to extend the expiration date of Task Order No. 60 from ,
" January 15. 1997" to "Me 1. 1997."
The issuance of this modification does not amend any other terms or conditions of the subject task order including the ceiling amount of $48.473.
