Sunnlementarv information: In en effort to accommodate Agreement State interest in 1
-listening to the subject NRC Commission briefing, we have made the following arrangements in coordination with the Offices of the Secretary and Information Resources Management.
Each Agreement State should notify Rosetta Virgilio of my staff of the State's interest in participating in the subject telecon by providing her with a designated State contact name and most direct telephone number by no later than COB January 29,1997. Ms. Virgilio can be reached at 301/415 2307 or via e-mail at ROV @NRC. GOV.

Approximately 30 minutes prior to the January 31,1997,10:00 a.m. EST IMPEP briefing, a FTS 2000 Conference Attendant will telephone the designated State contact to link him/her to the Commission briefing telecon. It is imperative that the designated State contact be committed and available to receive the incoming call during this appointed timeframe; otherwise, the State may be omitted from the telecon linkup altogether.

It is suggested that if more than one Stata member is interested in listening to the l
Commission telecon, that the State make arrangements to use a single speaker phone to accommodate such interest and that the mute function be activated once the FTS 2000 Conference Attendant has established telecon linkup. If you experience any difficulties in W
