reflected as key personnel under Subparagraph H.3 - Key Personnel, of the subject contract, in accordance with Pulsar Data Systems letter dated January 6, 1997, which is hereby incorporated by reference and made a part hereof this contract.

Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made:

Under Section H - Special Contract Requirements, Subparagraph H.3 - Key Personnel, is hereby deleted in its entirety and substituted in lieu thereof the following:

"H.3 KEY PERSONNEL John J. Gilbride, Programmer Manager Reginald McCrimmon, Communications Specialist" All other terms and conditions under this contract remain unchanged.
