e NRC-31-95-249 MODIFICATION NO. 5 PAGE 2 0F 2 The purpose of this modification is to increase the amount obligated in the contract by $53,226.00 to $106,226.00. Acco-dingly, the contract is hereby modified:
Section B, Subsection B.4 CONSIDERATION AND OBLIGATION -- DELIVERY ORDERS (JUNE 1988), paragraph b., first sentence, is deleted in its entirety and substituted with the following in lieu thereof:
"b.
The amount presently obligated in the contract is $106,226.00."
