As stated in Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 50, Appendix H, Section 111 (A), a summary technical report is to be submitted within one year of the above date.
Attached is the technical report summanzing the results of the analysis of Capsule S.
In addition, we are enclosing the evaluation of pressurized thermal shock for Unit 1, performed in accordance with 10 CFR Part 50 Section 50.61 for your !r. formation.
In this letter we have made no new Nuclear Regulatory Commission commitments.
