RELEASE OF COPYRIGHT INFORMATION FOR DUPLICATION AND PUBLIC ACCESS Attached is a copyright release from Theodore F. Shults, the President of Quadrangle Research, the organization which publishes MRO ALERT. The release authorizes the NRC to duplicate the copyright material contained in a copy of MRO ALERT which was attached to a Memorandum from Loren Bush, NRR to Emile L. Julian, Secy dated August 16,1996,and which requested that portions of the publication be placed on the rulemaking docket for the proposed " Modifications to The Fitness-For-Duty" rule, PR-26 (61FR21105). The memorandum is further identified as a supplement to comment number 8 on that docket.
