Termination of QA Program
Dear Ms. Heim:
In reference to my telephone call with you yesterday, I hereby notifying the NRC to terminate the QA Program for am Tri State Associates, Inc. License no.: 45-24967-01 effective this date of December 31, 1996.
This action is being taken, because of the termination of the above mentioned license effective this same date, per my letter of December 27, 1996.
