County, Texas, on this day personally appeared B. C. SCOTT, who by me being duly sworn upon his oath deposes and says:
My name is B. C. Scott.
I am presently employed by texas Utilities Generating Company in Dallas, Texas.
My residence address is 4601 Michelle Drive, Arlington, Texas 76016.
In 1978, I was Site QA Manager for Brown & Root and I recall being Interviewed by Management Anal / sis Company ("MAC") in connection with their management audit of Comanche Peng Steam Electric Station. I was aware that MAC had lasued a report and recall d$c=Ing the report with R. G. Tolson of l
TUGCO. I do not recall ever having a copy of the report.
I left the Comanche Peak Project in June,1979, and did not return until l
l March of 1981. I have not participated in any discussions regarding whether the MAC report should be produced in response to CASE's discovery requests.

On December 31,1984, I was Supervisor of Vendor Compliance for TUGCO In l
Dallas, Texas and currently hold this same position.
