The purpose of this modification is to, (1) provide additional contract funding due to cost growth and (2) correct a $4,320.00 mistake in the original contract fee amount.
Therefore, make the following changes:

It is estimated that the total cost to the Government for full performance of this contract will be $644,748.00, of which the sum of $606,063.00 represents the estimated reimbursable costs,i of which $38,685.00 represents the fixed fee.
2.
There shall be no adjustment in the amount of the Contractor's fixed fee by reason of differences between any estimate of cost for performance of the work under this contract and the actual cost for performance of that work.

The amount presently obligated by the Government with respect to this contract is $644,748.00."

Under Section C - Description / Specifications / Work Statement, c.5.B. Travel Reimbursement, delete the amount, 517,640.00," and substitute in lieu thereof the amount, 519,730.00."~

The contract general provision entitled, "52.232-20 LIMITATION OF COST (Apr 1984)," shall remain in full force and effect.
