NOTICE OF VIOLATION (NRC INVESTIGATION REPORT NO. 4-95-056)
Dear Mr. Harris:
On October 22,1996, the NRC issued a Notice of Violation to you based on the NRC's conclusion that you had violated 10 CFR 50.5, the NRC's rule prohibiting deliberate i
misconduct. Our records show that our letter, which was sent by certified mail, was received. Although you were required to respond within 30 days, the NRC has no record J
of receiving a response from you.
Thus, the NRC considers its enforcement action in this matter final and will, as discussed 1
in our October 22 letter to you, place a copy of that correspondence in the NRC's Public Document Room (PDR) and send a copy to your former employer, in accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, records or documents compiled for enforcement purposes are placed in the PDR. A copy of this letter with your address removed also will be placed in the PDR.
