Subject: Combined Inspection Nos. 50-54/85-04; 70-687/85-07
A routine safety inspection of your radiation protection program was conducted
on August 19-23, 1985. Areas examined included posting and labeling, surveys
and sampling, dosimetry, exposure controls, and the performance of Technical
Specification surveillances.
The inspection indicated that three activities were in apparent violation of
NRC requirements. Details are provided in enclosure Appendix A. You are
required to respond to these findings by following the instructions included
in Appendix A.
