Dear Ms. Garde:
This is in response to your letter of January 9,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), records related to the quality assurance report prepared by the Comanche Peak Technical Review Team (TRT), now referred to as the Comanche Peak Project. Your letter was designated as request F01A-85-15.
Some of the records subject to your request were also subject to another request, F01A-85-26, submitted by Mr. Bruce Millar on January 8,1985..
Enclosed are copies of our August 26, 1985, letter and its enclosure to Mr.
Millar in response to his request.
The records identified on the enclosed Appendix A to F0IA-85-26 are now available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) in folder FOIA-85-26.
In response to your letter of January 9, 1985, and to be consistent with our procedures for providing records under F01A-85-59, a separate set of the records released under F0IA-85-26 is also being made available for public inspection and copying at the Local Public Document Room located at the University of Texas Library, 701 South Cooper Street, Arlington, Texas.
The remaining documents subject to F01A-85-15, TRT records on quality assurance, will be addressed under your separate request F01A-85-59, and those records released will be placed in the PDR under F0IA-85-59 in the quality assurance subject category.
