Dear Dr. Scanlon:
This is in response to your letter dated June ll,1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), communi-cations with the NRC concerning ownership of Psychiatric Diagnostic Laboratories of America, Inc. (PDLA), Summit, New Jersey, since your last communication to the NRC. Also, you requested identical information for National Psychopharmacology Laboratory, Inc. (NPL), Knoxville, Tennessee.
The requested records related to PDLA are listed on the enclosed appendix and are now available in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, for:public inspection and copying.
You may obtain copies of these records by requesting the record identified at number six from PDR folder F01A-85-435 under your name and referencing the accession numbers for the records identified at numbers one through fi ve. We are enclosing a copy of a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
With respect to that portion of your request for records relating to NPL, we have been informed by the staff that the NRC does not have any documents subject to your request. However, Tennessee is an NRC Agreement State and may have NPL records of interest to you.
