i This letter and the enclosed NRC Form 591 refer to the inspection conducted on
{ November 25,1996, at Shawnee Regional Hospital, Shawnee, Oklahoma. The inspection
! included a review of licensed activities conducted by X-Ray Equipment Company (XEC) in
l NRC jurisdiction pursuant to the general license authorized under 10 CFR 150.20. A
! telephonic exit briefing'was later conducted with Mr. Richard Tanker of your staff on
December 20,1996.

i response to this letter or the enclosed NRC Form 591 is required.
