November 25,1996, at Shawnee Regional Hospital, Shawnee, Oklahoma. The inspection

included a review of licensed activities conducted by X-Ray Equipment Company (XEC) in

NRC jurisdiction pursuant to the general license authorized under 10 CFR 150.20. A

telephonic exit briefing'was later conducted with Mr. Richard Tanker of your staff on
