License Number XSNM02950 Conditions Condition 1 - Uconsee shall flie with the Customs Of5cor or the Postmasw two copies, in addition to those othenmee required, of the Shipper's Export Declaration covenng each export and mark one of such copes for transmittal to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Washington, DC 20555-0001. The following declarabon should accompany or be placed on the Shipper's Export Declershons for such exports

Condition 2 - Exports authorned in any country or destmahon, except Country Groups Q, S, W, X, Y, and Z in Part 370, Supplement No.1, of the Comprehensive Export Schedule of the U.S.
Department of Commerce Condition 3 - This heense covers only the nuclear content of the matenal.
Condition 4 - The matenal to be exported under this beense stmil be shipped in accordance with the physical protechon requirements for special nucieer material in 10 CFR 73.
Condition 5 - Specal nuclear motonal authorized for export under this hcense shall not be tieri.pcited outside the United States in poseenger-conying arcraft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 grams or 20 curies, whachever is less, of plutonium or uransum 233, or (2) 350 grams of uranium 235.
Condition 6 - This bconse authorizes export only and does not authorize the receipt, physical possesson, or use of the nuclear malonal.
Condition 7 - The licensee shaN complete and submit an NRC For n 741 for each shipment of source instenal exported under this license Constion 8 - The licensee shal advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designation of the company who wiu pedage the nudeer malenal to be exported under this license, or any dienge in the locaten of t's packaging opershon, at least three weeks prior to the scheduled dele of export.
