NCfrICE OF APPEAL REGARDItG DENIAL OF STAY The inmates of the State Correctional Institute at Graterford, through their attorney, Angus R. Love, Esquire, hereby file a Notice of Appeal from the
' Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board Order of August 1,1985, which denied ltheir application for a stay from the impicmentation of the Licensing Board's Fourth Partial Initial Decision, LDP-85-25. Said order was issued on July 22, 1985 and involved the contentions of the intervenor inmates from the State Correctional Institute at Graterford.
On July 25, 1985, the inmates of the State Correctional Institute at Graterford, Pennsylvania filed a Notice of ilAppeal with the Atomic Safety and Licencing Board and requested that all l

Proceedings be stayed pending resolution of this appeal. The Atomic Safety and Licensing Appeal Board summarily denied the request for a stay in its order of August 1, 1985. The inmates hereby request this Honorable Comnission to reverse
' said decision and issue a stay of all proceedings with respect to the Licensing-i Board's Fourth Partial Initial Decision until the pending appeal is resolved.
