Durpio gno Light Company (DLC) requested approval to utilize, tor solocted casos only, the tenplified roupsmso Spoetra peak spreal-Ing techniquo of Regulatory Guido 1.122 and the ASME 111 Codo caso N-411 damping v. stung.
The re s po ns e in Reforonco 2 indicated that the staf f finds the application of Rogulatory Guido 1.122 acceptablo, it indicated that the utillsation of the Codo caso N-411 damping valoos is also acceptablo provided thorn lg co:npliance with four opocific contaltmonts.
