WITHDRAWAL OF CONTROL ROD DRIVE PERFORMANCE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANCE REQUEST Consumers Power company submitted a proposed Technical Specification change request to eliminate the minimum control rod withdrawal rate limit by letter dated November 1, 1974. A supplement to this change request was submitted by our letter dated September 3, 1985. These change requests are hereby withdrawn.
