Dear Mr. Guild,
This letter confinns our agreement reached this date by telephone concerning Intervenors Rorem, et al. Notice of Depositions, dated October 10, 1985.
No depositions are scheduled for October 21, 1985. The NRC Staff will make L. McGregor, Resident Inspector, Dresden Nuclear Power Station, available for deposition at 10 a.m. on October 25, 1985, at the NRC Region III Office, 799 Roosevelt Road, Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137.
Mr. McGregor will not be available from October 26 until November 12,' 1985.
If his deposition is rot completed on October 25, 1985 it may be continued sometime after November 12, 1985.
The NRC Staff will make additional witnesses available for deposition at the above location as follows:
