The Commission was briefed by OI and staff on further investi-gations concerning Louisiana Power and Light's Waterford-3 operation.
The Commission instructed staff, at the conclusion of OI's investigation of officials of Louisiana Power and Light Company, to make a recommendation to the Commission if enforcement action is appropriate.

The Commission voted 3-2 (Chairman Palladino and Commissioner Asselstine disagreeing) to allow the staff to continue its investigation of TMI-2 operators at the Waterford-3 plant and take no action at this time with respect to their status as operators.
(This completes action on COMNP-85-14 and COMJA-85-1.)
