No. R-67 for the GA Technologies, Inc. Mark F TRIGA reactor. The arendnent consists of chances to the technical specifications in response to your submittals dated August 26, and Septenber 24, 1085.

The amendment authorires substitution of temporary radiation detectors and temporary bypass of certain-radiation detector reactor scran functions during calibration and reoutred maintenance on the permanent detectors.

These changes will permit both calibration and maintenance on the required detector systens during long periods of continuous reactor operation without having to shut the reactor down and thereby interrupt the schedule. This will increase the reliability of the detectors during long reactor operations, and will decrease the likelihood of experirent demage that niqht be caused by reactor shutdown.

Copies of Anendnent No. 35 and the related Safety Evaluation are enclosed.
