On October 14, 1985, the Applicants filed a motion (received by us on October 16) to establish a schedule for Phase III. So as not to detract CCANP from its obligation to file its proposed Phase II findings by November 4,1985, CCANP's deadline for responding to the Applicants' October'14, 1985 motion is extended to November 8, 1985.
If the State of Texas should wish to respond, it may also do so by that date.
If the Staff wishes to respond, it should do so by November 13, 1985.
