It is extremely risky to relocated spent nuclear fuel. Any accident along the transportation route could cause a Chernobyl scale disaster. The best way to deal with spent nuclear fuel is to store it above-ground, on-site in dry casks, vigilantly monitored for integrity. I am opposed to any attempt to relocate spent nuclear fuel.
