The Nuclear Regulatory Commission has no objection to the Department of Energy approving the two proposed subsequent arrangements to retransfer from Australia 596.2 kilograms of U.S.-origin heavy water (RTD/CA(AU)-2) and 200.8 kilograms of U.S.-origin heavy water (RTD/CA(AU)-3) to Ontario Hydro in Canada for use as part of the detritiation exchange at the Darlington Nuclear Generating Station.
