ORDER (Rulings on CCANP 9/30/85 Motion)
On September 30, 1985, CCANP filed a " Motion for Board Ordered Production of Documents, To Reopen the Record, For New Contention, For Discovery, and For Extensions of Time" (Motion). On October 10 and 15, 1985, the Applicants and NRC Staff, respectively, filed their rt.sponses.
The Motion essentially seeks to reopen the Phase II record to admit two documents:
(1) a report prepared by S. Levy, Inc., on Brown & Root Engineering on the South Texas Project, dated October 1,1984 (SLI Report); and (2) a chronology of events prepared by Mr. Don D. Jordan

(JordanChronology).
CCANP also seeks additional related relief.

The Jordan Chronology will be denominated as CCANP Exhibit! 148.1 CCANP and the Staff may refer to it in their proposed Phase II findings, and the Applicants may respond in their Phase II reply findings. We are issuing this sumary Order at this time to accommodate the filing dates which we approved in our October 4, 1985 Memorandum and Order.2 IT IS SO ORDERED.
