Gentlemen:
Thank you for your response of December 19, 1996, to our Notice of Violation
issued November 22, 1996, concerning activities conducted at your Hatch
facility.
We have evaluated your response for violation 96-12-03 and found
that it meets the requirements of 10 CFR 2.201.
We are evaluating your response to violations 96-12-01 and 96-12-02. We will
document our conclusions in a letter to you after appropriate NRC staff review
of your response.
