This final report is in reference to the pot ent ially repo rt ab le Significant Deficiency relating to System Controls and York Elect rical Equip-ment.
This item has been reviewed by an NRC Specialist inspector during the 85-04 ins pe ct ion.
The results of thia review have been documented in NRC Ins pect ion Report 85-04, dated April 23, 1985, wh ich fo rmally closes the item.
The basis for closure is detailed in the ins pect ion repo rt, but can be summarized as fo llows.
The corrective act ions to remedy the deficiency have been fo rmalized by DLC/SQC Ins pect ion Plan 8.5.5,
" Ins pect ion of Ve ndo r Internal Wiring," and by Appendix N to Engineering Spec. 2BVS-931, " Workman-ship Program fo r Ve ndo r, Internal, Class IE Low Volt age, instrumentation and Control Wiring, inspect ion, Acceptance, and Repair / Rework Control." Pursuant to the requirements of 10CFR50.55(e), it is anticipated that this will be the final report on this matter.
