44r Pursuant to the Federal Freedom of Information Act, I hereby request copies of all documents sent by Tim Martin (NRC Staff) to the Commissioners related to leak rate calculations at Three aile Island Units 1 and 2.

The Commissioners requested that Mr. Martin send them such material after his appearance at a Commission meeting in late May of 1983.
