Thank you for your letter of June 10, 1985 in response to our letter dated April 4, 1985. As a result of our review, we find that additional information is needed with respect to the following items in the Notice of Nonconformance:

Item A Please indicate the date the Manager, Quality Assurance assumed responsibility for controlling the Approved Vendors List.

Items B.1 and C Please indicate the date the Manager, Quality Assurance assumed responsibility for reviewing and approving all furnace survey and calibration records.

Item B.2 Please indicate the date Heat Treat Furnace Calibration Procedure 85-HT-0, Rev. O, became effective.

Please provide the additional information within 30 days of the date of this letter.
