Dear Mr. Zwolinski:
In your letter (Reference 2), you requested that we submit our proposed design and related radiation exposure / cost analysis for the installation of a second remotely operated isolation valve on our Shutdown condenser vent line (NUREG-0827, Item 4.21.3.2).
In accordance with telephone conversations, David Rybarik (DPC) to Walter Paulson (NRC Project Manager) on 07/26/84.we advised him with respect to our delay in providing the design / analysis information and a revised submittal date of August 30, 1985.
Presently, we are proceeding on a schedule that will support installation of the second isolation valve during our scheduled 1986 refueling outage.
