Please find enclosed the revised QA program with additions made per telephone conversation with Capt Donovan, USAF Radioisotope Committee on 25 July 85. A sumary of the changes is as follows:
a.
Item 5:
Procurement Document Control changed from not applicable to reflect that procurement documents will show Certificate of Compliance status and that device was manufactured under an NRC approved QA program.
b.
Item 13: Control of Measuring and Test Equipment more fully explained.
c.
Item 15:
Inspection, Test and Operating Status more fully explained.
d.
Item 19:
" Audits will be conducted in accordance witn checklists" added in this item.

Also included as an attachment is a letter requesting that the Technical Operations Division be registered as a user of Certificates of Compliance numbers 4888 and 5862.
