The available award fee not earned by the contractor, hereinafter 7.
termed " residual fee," for evaluation period ten totalling $349.58 is hereby diverted to and made a part of the amount obligated under this contract for reimbursable costs. This amount, added to the $10,891.36 previously diverted from evaluation periods I through 9 identified Such above, brings the total resiaual fee amcunt to $11,240.94 amount is included as apart of the obligated reimbursable costs reflected under paragraph 4 above. This action does not change the amount of reimbursable costs estimated for this contract, which remains at $6,299,529.11.

Article 3.3 - Payment of Indirect Costs, is revised to delete the provisional rates shown in the contract indirect rate schrdule for the performance periods listed below, and substitute th'e following audited rates in lieu thereof (in accordance with the contractor's request dated March 28, 1985 and DCASMA-San Diego indirect rate agreements dated May 26, 1983 and May 8, 1984, hereby incorporated)

III. In summary, this modification accomplishes the following:
1.
Reflects award fee not earned by the contractor for evaluation period ten, and subtracts $349.58 from the total estimated amount of the award fee pool.
2.
Incorporates $36,839.42 as the total award fee earned for the evaluation period ten. Additionally, the $349.58 of available award fee not earned by the contractor during the evaluation period is added to the amount of reimbursable costs currently obligated under this contract.
3.
Incorporates final audited rates f or the performance period f rom November 23, 1981 through January 31, 1983.
