Chairman Jackson, Commission, the 10 paper is96-258.
This has to do with some conforming 11 changes as a result of the USEC Privatization Act.
12 The paper recommends a direct final rulemaking to 13 amend parts 2, 40, 70, and 76 of the Commission's rules to 14 bring these regulations into conformance with-the new 15 statutory requirements of the USEC Privatization Act.
It 16 also recommends an associated revision to the enforcement 17 policy.
18 All of you have voted to approve the publication 19 of these two documents.
Let me ask you to affirm your 20 votes.
