EMERGENCY PLAf; CP/yprs We have reviewed the proposed emergency plan changes submitted on

March 70, 1985. Our review indicates the proposed changes do not decreese the effectiveness of the currently approved emergency plan and that the plan continues to maintain compliance with 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E.
These changes may,*therefore, be incorporated as part of the approved emergency plan.
