This is a second partial response to your letter dated January 10, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), on behalf of your client, Mr. Robert Mackowiak, copies of certain records re-garding alleged acts of non-compliance by University Nuclear Systems, Inc., at Washington Public Power Supply System units 1 and 4.
The documents listed on the enclosed Appendix C are responsive to your request and are enclosed.
