Dear Mr. Anthony:
I an responding to your letter to Mr. Thomas H. Novak dated June 26, 1985 concerning the NRC staff's letter of June 10, 1985 to the Philadelphia Electric Company (PEco). That letter transmitted a draf t version of the full power operating license for the Lirerick Generating Station Unit 1 to PECo. Your letter requested copies of Appendices A and B which were identified in the craft license.
The purpose of the staff's June 10, 1985 letter was to provide the body of the license itself to PECo. Accordingly, the Appendices were not provided to PECo nor to other recipients of the letter. These Apperdices will also be g
included with any full power license issued for Limerick Unit 1.
It is i
expected that they will be essentially the same as those issued with the low power operating license as issued on October 26, 1984. At that time, you were sent a copy of the low power operating license, which ircluded its Appendices A and B.
