Inspection Report No. 99990001/85-17 This refers to the special, safety inspection conducted by Mrs. Marlene J. Taylor of this office on June 26, 1985, of activities authorized by the NRC General License contained in 10 CFR 31.5 and to the discussions of our findings held by Mrs. Taylor with yourself at the conclusion of the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Commission's. rules and regulations and the conditions of your license.
The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
Within the scope of this inspection, no violations were observed.
