NOTE TO EDITORS:
A subcommittee of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission's Advisory Committee on Reactor Safeguards has scheduled a technical meeting January 28 in Rockville Maryland.
The meeting of the subcommittee, which is open to the aublic, will begin at 8:30 a.m. in Room 2B1 of the NRC's Two White Flint North ]uilding at 11545 Rockville Pike.
The Subcommittee on Probabalistic Risk Assessment, will continue its discussion of the NRC staff's approach to risk-informed, performance-based regulation.
Other aspects of the meeting, including an opportunity for public comment, are described in a Notice of Meeting published in the January 17 edition of the Federal Register.
