TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION INTERPRETATIONS DOCKET NO. 50 395
Dear Mr. Taylor:
It is our understanding that V. C. Summer has approximately 40 Technical Specification (TS) interpretations (Technical Specification Relocations
[TSRs]) that define how plant personnel implement various TSs. Some of these TSRs imply NRC agreement by reference to discussions with NRC personnel.
The reference to telecommunication with various NRC personnel is not an accepted practice and any reference to such as a basis for a TS interpretation should be immediately discontinued.
