ORDER on September 3, 1985, the Licensing Board issued its initial decision in this proceeding involving the North Anna f
nuclear power facility.1 The decision authorized the i
Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation to amend the operating licenses for the facility so as to permit the receipt and storage on the site of a certain quantity of spent' fuel generated at the Surry nuclear power facility.
J No appeal was taken from the September 3 decision within the period prescribed by the Commission's Rules of Practice.
Accordingly, the decision will be reviewed by this Board sua sponte.
It is currently uncertain when that
-review will be completed.
