Modification No. 11 to Task Order No. 10 Under Contract No.
NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is (1) to extend the period of performance from December 31, 1996 through January 31, 1997 and (2) to increase the obligated amount by $39,208.53 from $1,278,028.79 to $1,317,237.32.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made.
The second and third paragraphs of the definitization letter are revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No.10 shall be in effect from June 01, 1993 through January 31, 1997 with a total cost ceiling of $1,317,237.32. The amount of
$1,266,574.35 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$50,662.97 represents the fixed fee.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$1,317,237.32, of which the amount of $1,266,574.35 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $50,662.97 represents the fixed fee."
