Modification No. 18 to Task Order No. 03 Under Contract No.
NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is (1) to extend the period of performance from December 31, 1996 through February 28, 1997 and (2) to increase the obligated amount by $24,781.42 from $1,070,793.05 to $1,095,574.47.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made.
The second and third paragraphs of the definitization letter are revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No. 03 shall be in effect from August 03, 1992 through February 28, 1997 with a total cost ceiling of $1,095,574.47. The amount of
$1,053,436.99 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$42,137.48 represents the fixed fee.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$1,095,574.47, of which the amount of $1,053,436.99 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $42,137.48 represents the fixed fee."
