MEMORANDUM Sunflower is the Appellant on the issue of emergency planning. This was a complicated, lengthily litigated issue, and briefing of the legal circumstances necessitates additional time and research.
Sunflower presently faces a filing date of October 11, 1985.
An additional 14 days is sought for purposes of additional research.
Sunflower represents that this request is not frivolously brought; that no party hereto will be prejudiced by the granting of this Motion; and that the interests of justice warrant this request being found well taken.
WilEREFORE, Sunflower prays the Appeal Board grant it until October 25, 1985 in which time to file its merit brief.
