l The Model 10001 Ionization Smoke Detector contains an Amersham )
corporation Model AMM.1001H foil type source with maximum activity of 1.0 microcurie (37 kBq). The device is powered by 120 volt AC power supply with a battery back-up. Generation 2 distributed the detector under various market names with the label containing their NRC license number. l l Order's suspending Generation 2's registration and license were issued on April 12, 1996. As of April 12, 1996 Generation 2 is no longer authorized to distribute the model 10001 smoke 1 detector. )
