This is in final response to your letter dated April 8, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, all documents maintained in seven specified docket files.
The documents listed on the enclosed Appendix B are the files for the dockets identified at numbers one and four of your request. You will be billed separately by our Division of Accounting and Finance in the amount of $1.50 for the enclosed documents.
The staff has informed me that there are no records subject to number seven of your request. However, New Mexico became an Agreement State in 1974. You may wish to contact the State of New Mexico since the Nuclear Regulatory Com-mission's files were transferred to the State when this transition occurred. A copy of the list of Agreement States is enclosed to assist you. The list contains the name, telephone number, and complete address of the individual to be contacted.
This completes NRC's action on your request.
