In Reference (a) the annual update to the Pilgrim Station Final Safety Analysis Report (FSAR) was transmitted to you in accordance with 10 CFR 50.71 (e).
.A rev!ew of tne updated FSAR has been conducted, and we have discovered that eight.pages were not included in each of the thirteen sets sent to you.
Inis submittal contains one signed original and twelve (12) sets of additional pages.
These pages are part of Reference (a) and shculd be inserted into the F5AR per the enclosed Change Instruction Notice.
