Modification No. 23 to Task Order No. 06 Under Contract No. NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is to extend the period of performance from 1
December 31, 1996 through January 31, 1997. Accordingly, the following change is hereby made.
1 The second paragraph of the definitization letter is revised to read as follows:
Task Order No. 06 shall be in effect from August 02, 1992 through January 31, 1997 with a total cost ceiling of $8,233,600.14. The amount of
$7,916,923.21 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$316,676.93 represents the fixed fee."
All other terms and conditions of the subject task order remain unchanged.
Please indicate your acceptance of Modification No. 23 to Task Order No. 6 by having an official, authorized to bind your organization, execute three copies of this document in the space provided and return two copies to the Contract Administrator.
You should retain the third copy for your records.
