Modification No. 20 to Task Order No. 01 Under Contract No.
NRC-33-92-203 The purpose of this modification is (1) to extend the period of performance from December 31, 1996 through February 28, 1997 and (2) to increase the obligated amount by $65,000.00 from $1,143,443.24 to $1,208,443.24.
Accordingly, the following changes are hereby made.
j The second and third paragraphs of the definitization letter are revised to read as follows:
" Task Order No.11 shall be in effect from August 03, 1992 through February 28, 1997 with a total cost ceiling of $1,248,956.48. The amount of
$1,200,919.98 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of
$48,036.80 represents the fixed fee.
The amount presently obligated with respect to this task order is
$1,208,443.24, of which the amount of $1,161,964.65 represents the reimbursable costs, and the amount of $46,478.59 represents the fixed fee."
